Global chemical industry giant, BASF has, effective immediately, or as contracts allow, has announced an increase of 15 percent in prices globally for a majority of products in its additives portfolio for plastic applications.

BASF has said that the price increases will apply to its products of antioxidants and light stabilizers, flame retardants and other plastic additives.
