Alok Vaish, Chief Financial Officer has tendered his resignation from services of Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd which has been accepted by the company. He shall continue in his current role until September 11, 2020.

 

Alok had joined Jubilant Life Sciences in October 2019 and has twenty-five years of Corporate Finance, E-commerce and Investment Banking (M&A advisory with Deutsche Bank, New York) experience.

 

Alok is an MBA from The Darden Graduate School of Business, University of Virginia (USA) and also a national merit rank holder Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and did his B.Com (Hons.) from Hans Raj College, Delhi University.
