EBITDA is Rs.72 crore (up by 38%) and total revenue is Rs.579 crore (up by 29%) in Q4FY2026
Bodal Chemicals Ltd. (Bodal), India's leading chemical company, announced its result for the 4th quarter and for the year ended on 31st March, 2026
Bodal has achieved standalone Q4FY26, total revenue of Rs. 578.96 crore, which shows growth by 29 % YoY basis. The chemical manufacturer has reported EBITDA of Rs. 71.60 crore, with growth of 38% and PAT of Rs 30.52 crore, with growth of 188% YoY basis.
Bodal has achieved a standalone FY26, total revenue of Rs. 2,013.20 crore, reflecting a growth of 16% YoY. The company reported EBITDA of Rs. 206.47 crore, with growth of 18% and PAT of Rs 47.04 crore, with growth of 140% YoY.
The company achieved strong earnings and revenue in FY26 due to improved volumes and revenue across the divisions.
Commenting on the quarterly results, Ankit S. Patel, Executive Director of Bodal said, “After a long time, Bodal has crossed the revenue to Rs. 2,000 crore. Our overall business has performed well, supported by volume growth and margin improvement across our established product portfolio. The company has achieved satisfactory production levels in the Benzene downstream in Saykha in Q4 FY26. We are focusing on improving capacity utilization and expanding our product portfolio to support long-term growth.”
