Acutaas Chemicals inaugurates new high-potency API production plant in Surat

Acutaas Chemicals has announced about the Inauguration of new state of the art Pilot Plant today, at Unit 1 - Sachin, Surat. The pilot plant will support the R&D for new product trials and validations. The facility also includes a dedicated area designed for Occupational Exposure Band (OEB) 4 containment, enabling the company to undertake development and scale-up of highly potent intermediates used in the manufacture of high potency active pharmaceutical ingredients.

Heranba Industries subsidiary Mikusu India allots shares via rights issue

Heranba Industries has announced regarding a major capital infusion into its material unlisted wholly owned subsidiary, Mikusu India Private Limited. The announcement follows a previous board approval granted on August 22, 2026, for an investment of up to Rs. 25 crores via a rights issue. As part of this corporate action, Mikusu India completed the allotment of 2,49,50,000 partly paid-up equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each at par to Heranba Industries on September 3, 2026.

The total consideration for the acquisition stands at Rs. 24,95,00,000, out of which Rs. 12,47,50,000 has been paid as application and allotment money. The remaining balance of Rs. 12,47,50,000 will be remitted as and when called upon by the subsidiary. Following this transaction, Mikusu's paid-up capital has expanded from Rs. 5,00,000 to Rs. 12,52,50,000, with a call-up capital of Rs. 12,47,50,000.
