Multinational fragrance house Eurofragance welcomed the President of the Government of Catalonia, Salvador Illa, to its Singapore facilities during his institutional visit to Southeast Asia, highlighting the company’s international expansion and the growing global influence of Catalonia’s fragrance industry.

 

The visit formed part of President Illa’s regional tour focused on strengthening economic ties and supporting the global growth of Catalan companies. The delegation was welcomed by Dolors Costa, Chief Creation Officer at Eurofragance, alongside members of the company’s Asia-Pacific leadership team.

 

During the visit, President Illa and his delegation met with Eurofragance’s regional leadership team and toured the company’s Creative Center, gaining insight into the innovation, talent and operations driving the company’s growth across Asia-Pacific.

 

Eurofragance used the occasion to showcase its transformation from a Barcelona-founded family business into a global fragrance house, as well as its expanding footprint across the Asia-Pacific region. The company highlighted Singapore’s strategic importance as a manufacturing, innovation and operational hub since establishing its subsidiary in the country in 2013.

 

With its manufacturing facility, Creative Center and corporate offices in Singapore, Eurofragance has built a strong regional platform supporting customers, developing new fragrances and strengthening the company’s position in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.

 

The company also highlighted its role in supporting the region’s fragrance industry through investment in talent development and innovation. Today, Eurofragance’s Asia-Pacific operations employ 135 professionals, including 89 based in Singapore. Its Creative Center brings together perfumers, evaluators and multidisciplinary teams across development, marketing and innovation to create fragrances for both regional and global markets.
