The Board of Directors of the company have granted their approval for the change of name of the company from ‘Clariant Chemicals (India) Limited’ to ‘Heubach Colorants India Limited’
Consequent to acquisition of the company by SK Capital and Heubach Group, the Board of Directors of the company, through circular resolution dated August 29, 2022, have granted their approval for the change of name of the company from ‘Clariant Chemicals (India) Limited’ to ‘Heubach Colorants India Limited’, and subsequent alterations in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company, subject to approval of Shareholders through Postal Ballot.
This intimation is given under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
