Dorf-Ketal Chemicals India has made a major strategic move into industrial water treatment, acquiring the Water Treatment Business of Vasu Chemicals in what is described as one of the largest deals in India’s industrial water treatment sector to date.
The acquisition brings Vasu Chemicals into Dorf-Ketal’s portfolio, instantly establishing the company in a high-growth adjacent segment.
Vasu Chemicals is already a major player in India’s water treatment space, offering specialty chemicals, process solutions, and integrated dosing systems for industrial applications. With revenues exceeding US$ 35 million, it ranks among the top three players in the country and serves a broad mix of government and private sector customers.
