Evonik Oxeno expands production capacities for Elatur plasticizers

Evonik Oxeno is significantly expanding its production capacities for the INA-based plasticizers, Elatur CH and Elatur DINCD

Evonik Oxeno is significantly expanding its production capacities for the INA-based plasticizers, ELATUR CH (DINCH) and ELATUR DINCD. These products, introduced in recent years, have both now established themselves as new standard plasticizers with Evonik Oxeno customers.

“The capacity expansion marks another important milestone in the diversification of our plasticizer portfolio,” Frank Beißmann, Managing Director, Evonik Oxeno. “To meet the growing demand for these products, we will begin work this year.”

The capacity expansions will be integrated into the existing network of C4 plants in Marl. “With the expanded capacity, we can ensure our customers a high level of delivery reliability and quality from European production,” said Roland Pietz, Vice President of Oxo Alcohols & Plasticizers at Evonik Oxeno.

In addition to the ELATUR product line, VESTINOL 9 (DINP) remains a crucial component of Evonik’s Oxeno portfolio.
