Gujarat Fluorochemicals FZE will focus on trading and manufacturing of chemicals
Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited (GFL) has incorporated two wholly owned subsidiary companies - GFCL Solar and Green Hydrogen Products Limited (GSGHPL) and Gujarat Fluorochemicals FZE.
GFCL Solar and Green Hydrogen Products Limited has an authorized and paid up capital of Rs. 100,000 divided into 100,000 equity shares of Rs. 1 each.
Gujarat Fluorochemicals FZE has an authorized and paid up capital of 10,000 shares with the value of AED 30 each aggregating to AED 300,000.
GFCL Solar and Green Hydrogen Products Limited will provide solutions for the entire value chain of all types of products and components for solar power systems, green hydrogen production etc. whereas Gujarat Fluorochemicals FZE will focus on trading and manufacturing of chemicals.
