Arsenal Capital Partners, the US-based private equity firm focused on industrial growth and healthcare, has completed the sale of Swiss adhesive manufacturer ATP Adhesive Systems to German industrial giant Henkel AG & Co. KGaA. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

 

ATP Adhesive Systems produces engineered adhesive tapes for medical, electronics, automotive, and construction markets, serving customers across Europe and North America.

 

Arsenal first invested in ATP in 2022, spearheading the company’s expansion with added specialty tape capacity in Germany, the acquisition of Neschen Coating GmbH, and the launch of a new US production facility. The firm also strengthened ATP’s portfolio of high-performance water-based adhesives while investing in innovation and manufacturing to fuel growth.
