India Glycols Ltd has resumed operations of its chemical and other ancillary plants at Kashipur, Uttarakhand. The distillery plant at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh and another plant at Selaqui-Dehradun, Uttarakhand have also commenced operations after securing permissions from the respective Government authorities. 

 

The company had stopped manufacturing operations at the plants since 25th March 2020 owing to the lock-down conditions imposed by the Government authorities in the wake of outbreak of Covid-19.

 

The company also recently launched alcohol-based hand sanitizer conforming to WHO guidelines under the brand names of IGSURF 5070 US and HandSantol to address the growing demand for disinfectants due to COVID-19 situation.
