Venator Spain is a major producer of titanium dioxide, operating a manufacturing facility in Huelva with a production capacity of 80,000 tonnes per annum
Indorama Corporation, through its indirect subsidiary Indorama Advanced Oxides (Spain) S.L.U., has successfully completed acquisition of Venator P&A Spain, S.L.’s titanium dioxide (TiO₂) manufacturing site in Huelva, Spain and associated assets.
This milestone marks Indorama Corporation’s entry into the titanium dioxide industry.
Venator Spain is a major producer of titanium dioxide, operating a manufacturing facility in Huelva with a production capacity of 80,000 tonnes per annum. TiO₂ is the world’s most widely used white pigment and is used in applications such as paints, coatings, plastics, paper, and packaging materials.
