Kansai Nerolac Paints, one of India’s leading paint and coatings companies, has announced a strategic partnership between its wholly owned subsidiary, Nerofix Private Limited, and Italy-based Durante Adesivi S.p.A., a subsidiary of the Soudal Group.

 

The partnership marks a major step in Kansai Nerolac’s strategy to strengthen its presence in India’s growing adhesives ecosystem by combining Durante Adesivi’s European expertise in hotmelt adhesive technology with Nerofix’s extensive domestic market reach and technical capabilities.

 

The agreement was signed by Debashish Vanikar, CEO (Adhesives & Head – Construction Chemicals Division), Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited, and Digvijay Sharma, Managing Director, Soudal India Pvt Ltd, in the presence of senior representatives from both companies. The collaboration highlights their shared commitment to innovation, quality, and long-term growth in the Indian market.

 

Under the partnership, Nerofix will leverage its pan-India distribution network, strong technical service infrastructure, and established B2B customer relationships to accelerate the market presence of Durante Adesivi’s products in India. 

 

Durante Adesivi will contribute its global expertise and advanced product technology in hotmelt adhesives, enabling Indian customers to access internationally benchmarked solutions.

 

The collaboration is expected to create new growth opportunities in India’s expanding adhesives and woodworking sectors, while strengthening the availability of high-performance adhesive solutions for industrial applications.
