Navin Fluorine International Limited has commercialised two international plants - Multi-Purpose Plant and Plant for manufacture of a key agro-chemical intermediate set up by our wholly owned subsidiary, Navin Fluorine Advanced Sciences Limited (NFASL).

On December 16, 2020, the Board of Directors of Navin Fluorine International Limited at its meeting had approved capital expenditure (to be undertaken at Dahej through wholly owned subsidiary, Navin Fluorine Advanced Sciences Limited) of Rs. 195 crore for the purpose of setting-up of Multi-Purpose Plant.
The Capex for its wholly owned subsidiary, Navin Fluorine Advanced Sciences Limited at Dahej, Gujarat was funded through a mix of internal accruals and debt. The new capacity will create opportunities for new products in life science and crop science sectors in the specialty chemicals business and will have a peak revenue potential of Rs. 150 to 170 crore per annum.
Manufacture of a key agro-chemical intermediate has incurred an investment of Rs. 125 crore, which includes an approximate investment of Rs. 14 crore for expansion of effluent treatment plant. The project will be funded through a mix of internal accruals and debt.
The manufacture and supply of a key agro-chemical fluoro intermediate to a large multinational company. The project will strengthen the product offerings as well as customer relationship along with providing building blocks for future growth.
