Zuari Agro Chemicals has posted net profit of Rs.130.45 crores for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022
Paradeep Phosphates Limited has announced that, the acquisition of Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited's fertilizer plant at Goa and associated businesses of ZACL by the company on slump sale basis pursuant to the Business Transfer Agreement(BTA) executed by the company with ZACL on 1st March, 2021 has been consummated with effect from 06:00 hours on June 01, 2022.
Zuari Agro Chemicals has posted net profit of Rs.130.45 crores for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022 as against net loss of Rs. 157.08 crores for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021.
