Solenis has closed on the acquisition of Neu Kimya Anonim Şirketi (Neu Kimya) on May 26, 2022.

 

Located in Istanbul, Turkey, Neu Kimya provides solutions to heavy/light water treatment, mining, oil and gas industries in Turkey, Southeast Europe and the Middle East. The acquisition of Neu Kimya fits well with Solenis’ direct-to-market strategy and will offer customers in the region improved product and service offerings.
