Sudarshan Chemical Industries has inaugurated its second global head office in Schwalbach am Taunus near Frankfurt, in a major post-integration milestone following its March 2025 acquisition of Heubach Group.

 

The 21,000 sq ft Hillsite Office Building, inaugurated on June 9, will operate alongside Sudarshan’s existing global headquarters in Pune, India. Located just 11 km from its Industriepark Höchst production site, the Frankfurt hub is designed as an open-plan collaboration center aimed at tightening integration across the company’s expanding global operations.

 

“The Frankfurt Hillsite Office is more than a new workspace — it is a clear signal of how important Germany and Europe are to our global ambitions. This office reflects the scale and direction of where we are headed," Rajesh Rathi, global chairman and MD, said.

 

“Frankfurt has always been central to our global operations, and this office is a testament to that. I am proud to lead our German operations from this new home — a strong foundation for everything we are building together," Klaus-Dieter Baumgart, chief technology officer, said.

 

With over 270 years of combined pigment manufacturing heritage after integrating Heubach, Sudarshan now operates in more than 120 countries, supported by 19 manufacturing sites and over 4,000 customers worldwide.

 

The company says the Frankfurt expansion underscores its long-term commitment to Germany and its strategy to scale unified global operations following the acquisition.
