The Center consolidates previously distributed enterprise functions into a single, integrated hub
Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited (SCIL), a global leader in pigment and color solutions, has announced the launch of a Global Capability Center (GCC) in Pune.
In partnership with Genpact, an agentic and advanced technology solutions company, this strategic initiative serves as a core component of Sudarshan’s evolving global operating model, centralizing critical enterprise functions to enhance governance, drive consistent execution, and support global operations.
The Center consolidates previously distributed enterprise functions into a single, integrated hub. The center is designed to strengthen coordination across geographies, improve governance and decision flow, and support Sudarshan’s global operations and customer commitments as the business continues to scale.
Commenting on the inauguration, Rajesh Rathi, Global Chairman and Managing Director, Sudarshan Chemical, said: “As we scale globally, operational excellence becomes a critical differentiator. The GCC supports Sudarshan’s global operations beyond India, enabling tighter coordination across functions and geographies while laying the foundation for future automation and continuous improvement. It is designed to evolve alongside the business, with a focus on embedding standardized processes, stronger controls, and scalable digital capabilities.
