Transpek Industry Limited has reported a rise of 45% in total income at Rs. 146.52 crores in Q4FY22 as compared to Rs.101.18 crores in the same quarter last year.

 

Company's net profit grew marginally by 3% at Rs.11.30 crores in Q4FY22 as against Rs.10.95 crores for the period ended March 31, 2021.

 

EPS grew by 3% to reach Rs.20.24 for the period ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs.19.61 in Q4FY21.

 

The company's board has recommended and approved the dividend of Rs. 22.50/- (225%) per equity share on the face value of Rs. 10/- each which shall be subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

 

For the full year, company's total income rose by 76% and stood at Rs.627.49 crores in FY22 as against Rs.356.66 crores in FY21.

 

Company's net profit jumped 180% to reach Rs.65.40 crores in FY22 versus Rs.23.31 crores in FY21.

 

The company has reported EPS of Rs.117.09 for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs.41.74 for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021.
