Kirit H. Shah, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) has resigned from his duties from Yash Chemex Limited with effect from 23rd October, 2020 due to health issues. 

 

The Board of Director has accepted the resignation via passing of resolution on the Board Meeting held on 23rd October. 

 

Yash Chemex is engaged in importing and trading of dyes, chemicals and intermediates for textile & garment industry, water treatment industry, laminate industry, agro chemicals, adhesives, metal industry among others. 

 

The company focuses on basic chemicals such as Tobias Acid, Beta Nepthol, Sulpho Tobias Acid, J Acid, H Acid, Bon Acid and Melamine.
