The American Chemistry Council (ACC) has elected a new slate of leadership to guide its board through the end of the decade, approving 17 industry executives for extended terms beginning January 1, 2027.

The decision was confirmed during the council’s Annual Business Meeting, reinforcing continuity at the top of one of the US chemical and plastics sector’s most influential trade groups.

“Our Board of Directors brings together leaders with exceptional experience across the chemical and plastics industry,” said Chris Jahn, President and CEO, ACC.

“In a time of heightened global competition and rapidly changing business environments, their leadership helps ensure ACC remains focused on strengthening U.S. competitiveness and supporting innovation across the industry. I’m thankful for their continued commitment to advancing a world made better by chemistry.”
