The company delivered consolidated revenue of Rs. 1,729.7 crore with EBITDA of Rs. 402.4 crore for the nine months of FY26
Anupam Rasayan India Ltd., one of India’s leading custom synthesis and specialty chemical player, has announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
For quarter ended December 31, 2025, the company reported total revenue of Rs. 514.5 crore as compared to Rs. 386.6 crore in Q3FY25; up 33% YoY. EBITDA (incl. other income) was at Rs. 129.6 crore in Q3FY26 as compared to Rs. 120.8 crore in Q3FY25, up 7% and this would translate into 25.20% EBITDA margin in this quarter.
The company reported Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 60.6 crore in Q3FY26 as compared to Rs. 54.2 crore in Q3FY25, up 12% YoY.
Speaking on the performance, Anand Desai, Managing Director, Anupam Rasayan commented, “I am pleased to share that for the nine months of FY26, we delivered consolidated revenue of Rs. 1,729.7 crore with EBITDA of Rs. 402.4 crore, reflecting strong year-on-year growth. For Q3 FY26, revenue stood at Rs. 512.4 crore with EBITDA of Rs. 129.6 crore, demonstrating continued growth momentum.
A significant strategic development during the period has been the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Jayhawk Fine Chemicals Corporation in the United States. This acquisition strengthens our global footprint, enhances our capabilities in advanced custom synthesis, and deepens our access to regulated markets and innovator customers in North America. It represents an important step in our journey toward becoming a global specialty chemical platform.”
