Partnering with the CGénial Foundation since 2016, Arkema has exposed nearly 21,000 students to scientific and industrial professions and engaged over 700 teachers in industrial career pathways

Committed to a decade-long mission in education, inclusion, and diversity, Arkema has renewed its partnerships with Sport dans la Ville, the CGénial Foundation, and the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées for another three years. The move reinforces the Group’s pledge to guide young people in career planning, professional integration, and cultural access.

“By renewing these partnerships through 2028, Arkema is reaffirming its commitment to taking concrete action in support of equal opportunity. Through sports, exposure to scientific careers, and access to culture, we aim to help young people envision their futures, build confidence, and shape their own paths,” said Thierry Parmentier, Group Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Communications.

Since 2019, Arkema has supported Sport dans la Ville, helping over 4,700 young people, with 500 participating in programs including professional immersions, site visits, workshops, and mentoring. Over the next three years, Arkema will contribute to building and renovating nine sports fields while continuing to back the Job dans la Ville program, which promotes social and professional integration for youth.

Partnering with the CGénial Foundation since 2016, Arkema has exposed nearly 21,000 students to scientific and industrial professions and engaged over 700 teachers in industrial career pathways. The initiative encourages diverse career opportunities for both girls and boys.

Since 2017, Arkema has supported the Théâtre des Champs‑Élysées in introducing children to classical music through its Jeune Public opera series. Each year, more than 12,000 elementary and middle school students in Paris and surrounding regions attend interactive performances designed for young audiences.

Arkema also enables girls from Sport dans la Ville programs and their families to attend these performances, connecting its educational, sporting, and cultural initiatives.
