Bodal Chemicals reports Q1 FY26 standalone PAT higher at Rs. 10.34 Cr

EBITDA is Rs. 52 crore (up 34%) and total revenue is Rs. 447 crore (up 6%) in Q1 FY26


Bodal Chemicals Ltd. announced its result for the first quarter ended on 30th June, 2025. Bodal has achieved standalone Q1FY26, total revenue of Rs. 447 crore, which shows growth by 6 per cent YoY basis. It has reported EBITDA of Rs. 52 crore, with growth of 34 per cent and PAT of Rs 10.34 crore, with growth of 807 per cent YoY basis.

The company achieved strong earnings in Q1 FY26 on YoY basis, due to consistent volume and realization in dyes, dyes intermediates, chlor alkali division and improved volume and realization of Basic Chemicals division.

Commenting on the quarterly results, Ankit S. Patel, Executive Director of Bodal said, “We are pleased to share our strong performance for the 3rd sequential quarter, overall business has performed well, led by volume and margin from existing product portfolio. In Saykha, the Benzene downstream products division, has started contributing to the topline in Q1FY26. With enhancing capacity utilization, we expect this unit will further improve to top and bottom-line of the company in coming days. Overall, we are focusing on higher capacity utilization and product diversification for mid to long term growth of the company”
