Borouge approves $656 million interim dividend, reaffirms 2026 payout

Since its June 2022 IPO, Borouge shareholders have received a cumulative $4.9 billion in dividends


Borouge has approved an interim dividend of $656 million, equivalent to 8.1 fils per share, underscoring the petrochemicals producer’s continued focus on shareholder returns.
 
The company also reaffirmed plans to deliver a total dividend of 16.2 fils per share for 2026, with the remaining 8.1 fils per share expected to be paid in the second quarter of 2027.
 
Since its June 2022 IPO, Borouge shareholders have received a cumulative $4.9 billion in dividends, highlighting the company’s sustained dividend commitment.
 
Hazeem Sultan Al Suwaidi, Chief Executive Officer of Borouge Plc, said: “The Board’s approval of our H1 2026 interim dividend reflects Borouge’s resilient financial performance, disciplined execution and continued ability to deliver attractive shareholder returns.
