Himadri Speciality Chemical acquires Himadri Clean Energy
Himadri Speciality Chemical has completed acquisition of 100% Equity Shares of Himadri Clean Energy Limited, by way of purchase of Equity Shares from the existing shareholders of the Target Company.
Consequent to the said acquisition, Himadri Clean Energy Limited has become the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd w.e.f. 30 November 2023.
SPIC shuts down plants for maintenance
Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Ltd's plants are under shut down from the morning of 29th Nov 2023 to address the Ammonia Plant maintenance. The company expects to line up production by 2nd December 2023.
Kanoria Energy approves investment of Rs. 300 crore
The Board of Directors of Kanoria Energy and Infrastructure Ltd (formerly A Infrastructure Ltd) at its meeting held on 30th November, 2023 have approved the proposal for investment of upto Rs. 300.00 Cr towards setting up 250 KLPD Grain Based Fuel Ethanol Plant at Hargarh, District Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, subject to approval of the shareholders of the company. After the successful commissioning of the project, growth of the company will be faster.
