Building on the advance planning, the company remains confident of covering its customer supply commitments.
Shakti Pumps India recommends 5:1 bonus issue
The Board of Directors of Shakti Pumps (India) Limited at its meeting held on Monday, October 07, 2024, through video conferencing have considered and recommended issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 5:1, 5 new fully paid up equity share of Rs.10/- each for every 1 existing fully paid up equity share of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) each to the eligible Shareholders of the Company as on the record date, subject to the approval of Members of the Company through postal ballot process.
The Record Date to determine the eligible shareholders for Bonus Equity Shares shall be announced in due course of time.
