Krishana Phoschem expects to resume operations in thirty days
Mahadhan AgriTech extends corporate guarantee
Mahadhan AgriTech Limited (MAL), a wholly owned material subsidiary of Deepak Fertilisers And Petrochemicals Corporation Limited (DFPCL), has extended Corporate Guarantee in favour of Security Trustee acting on behalf of State Bank of India who have sanctioned credit facility to the tune of Rs.400 crore to Performance Chemiserve Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of MAL and Step down Subsidiary of DFPCL.
Krishana Phoschem shuts down sulphuric acid plant for maintenance
Krishana Phoschem Limited said that its Sulphuric acid plant (200 TPD) has been shut down from 27th September 2023 for annual maintenance. The company expects to resume operations in thirty days. However, it will not impact production of end product as the company has long term supply agreement for uninterrupted supply of the H2SO4 with Birla Copper, a unit of Hindalco.
