Oil India Limited to form JV for green energy

Oil India Limited has approved the formation of a Joint Venture Company (JVC) with Assam Power Generation Corporation Limited (APGCL) to take up the initiatives in the field of green energy, beginning with the 25 MW solar project at Namrup, Assam, with participating interest in the ratio of 51:49.
Pidilite Industries
The Board of Directors of the Pidilite Industries Limited has appointed Vikas Kulkarni, Chief Business Officer (Industrial Products) as a Senior Management Personnel of the company.
Vikas Kulkarni has completed his Post Graduation from Gujrat University. He brings with him over 30 years of experience in the field of Sales & Marketing and has worked in reputed companies. He is experienced in the Adhesives and Sealants Business.
ONGC
The Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Govt. of India has extended the additional charge of the post of Director (Strategy & Corporate Affairs) to Arun Kumar Singh, Chairman, ONGC for a period of one year w.e.f. 01.11.2023 or till the regular incumbent joins the post, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
