SRF Limited

SRF Ltd. has fully commissioned its fluorocarbon refrigerant gas plant with backward integration into a key raw material at Dahej. A part of the project was commissioned and capitalized on 30th December, 2023 at an aggregate cost of Rs. 317 crores. The remaining part of the project has been commissioned and capitalised on 21st February, 2025 at an aggregate cost of approximately Rs. 361 crores.

Oil India Limited

Oil India Limited (OIL) has formed a Joint Venture (JV) company with Assam Power Generation Corporation Limited (APGCL) viz. APGCL Oil Green Power Limited to plan, develop, construct, own, and operate renewable/green energy projects. Focus is to explore, research, develop and establish green hydrogen infrastructure, including production, storage, transportation and distribution facilities and to engage in research and development of green hydrogen technologies, including production through renewable energy sources, promoting the use of green hydrogen as an alternative energy source. OIL has subscribed 49% shareholding in this JV. 

Agarwal Industrial Corporation Ltd

Agarwal Industrial Corporation has entered into supply agreement for bulk bitumen -VG30 & VG40, with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) for the supply of Bulk Bitumen as per the requirement of BPCL. The said agreement is not with a related party and has been entered into at arm's length basis. The order value is approx. Rs.303 crores as per the terms & Conditions of the Tender.
