Deep Industries receives order from ONGC
UFLEX to acquire stake in Onevolt Energy
UFLEX Ltd has entered into Power Purchase Agreement and Share Subscription and Shareholders' Agreement for acquisition of 5.03% equity shares aggregating to Rs. 9.60 crores in Onevolt Energy Private Limited (Onevolt Energy). This investment is intended for the purpose of sourcing of solar power on long term basis under group captive power policy.
Deep Industries receives order from ONGC
Deep Industries Ltd has received a Letter of Award from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited, Kakinada for Hiring of DPDU (GDU) for processing gas for 10 months. The total estimated value of the said award is approximately Rs. 56 crores.
