Vikas Lifecare receives another patent for innovative multi-layered plastic recycling process
Vikas Lifecare Limited (VLL), has announced the granting of a new patent by the Indian Patent Office, Government of India, for its innovative process for Recycling of Multi-Layered Plastics and converting these into granules and products for Societal Applications. Patent No. 513213, with application number 202111047308, was granted on February 21, 2024.
MGL reduces CNG prices
MGL has always been a customer friendly company, consistently and promptly passing reduction in gas costs to its consumers to promote usage of Natural Gas.
MGL has announced reduction in CNG price by Rs 2.5/Kg in and around Mumbai due to reduction in gas input cost. The revised MRP of CNG will be Rs 73.50/Kg effective from midnight of 5th March 2024/ morning of 6th March 2024. MGL's CNG price now offers attractive savings of 53% compared to petrol and 22% compared to diesel at current price levels in Mumbai.
Sudarshan Chemical Industries declares interim dividend of Rs. 3.60
The Board of Directors of Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday, 6th March, 2024, has approved and declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 3.60 (i.e. 180%) per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up, for the Financial Year 2023-24.
The Interim Dividend shall be paid on or before 30th March, 2024, to the Equity Shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as Beneficial Owners of the Equity Shares as on Tuesday, 19th March, 2024, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.
