This acquisition broadens CIRCOR’s Industrial portfolio with diaphragm metering pumps, dosing packages, and high-pressure reciprocating pumps
CIRCOR International, a global leader in flow control solutions, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Swelore Engineering and Hiro Nisha Systems, two leading Indian pump manufacturers with a combined legacy of over 50 years serving the chemical, water/wastewater, and oil & gas sectors.
This acquisition broadens CIRCOR’s Industrial portfolio with diaphragm metering pumps, dosing packages, and high-pressure reciprocating pumps, complementing its existing product offerings and enhancing solutions for critical industrial applications.

Following the transaction, which is expected to close in Q3/Q4 2025 subject to customary conditions, Swelore and Hiro Nisha will be integrated into Allweiler India, CIRCOR’s existing pumps business in the country.
