CPCL signs MoU with MPL

The MoU is for a strategic collaboration aimed at fostering mutual growth and innovation

Manali Petrochemicals Limited (MPL), a leading Petrochemical manufacturing company and part of AM International, Singapore, has signed a Non-Binding MoU with Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL) for a strategic collaboration aimed at fostering mutual growth and innovation.

The non-binding MoU was formally signed by P Kannan, Director (Operations), CPCL and R Chandrasekar, Managing Director & CEO - MPL Group, in presence of H Shankar, Managing Director, CPCL, Rohit Kumar Agrawala, Director (Finance), CPCL, G R Sridhar, Wholetime Director (Head of Plant Operations), MPL, N Shivaram, COO, MPL and Dr. Sundar Saimani, Sr. General Manager, MPL and other Senior officials from CPCL also participated in the event.
