Dow has once again been recognized by Great Place To Work as one of the World’s Best Workplaces in 2025, marking the third consecutive year the company has earned this global distinction.

“Our people are at the heart of everything we do,” said Jim Fitterling, Dow chair and CEO. “This recognition reflects the trust our team places in one another, the collaborative spirit that drives us to deliver for our customers, and the shared values that unite us. In the face of challenges, that unity fuels our focus and strengthens the culture that makes Dow a great place to work.”

The World’s Best Workplaces list is one of the most competitive global employer rankings. Great Place To Work, the global authority on workplace culture, determines the list using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. To qualify, companies must be Great Place To Work Certified organizations and be recognized on at least five national Best Workplaces lists across Asia, Europe, Latin America, Africa, North America, or Australia during 2024 or early 2025.

In the 2025 cycle, Dow earned Great Place To Work certification in 15 countries and appeared on eight national Best Workplaces lists, underscoring the company’s sustained commitment to building exceptional employee experiences worldwide.

Organizations are evaluated on how effectively they create supportive, inclusive, and high-trust environments across multiple regions. Companies must show they provide thoughtful and personalized support that meets the diverse needs of their employees while positively impacting the communities they serve.

“Earning a place among the World’s Best Workplaces for the third year reflects more than recognition—it reflects the culture our people create every day,” said Alveda Williams, Ph.D., Dow’s chief inclusion officer. “It demonstrates our shared commitment to inclusion and belonging, ensuring every voice is heard and every person feels respected and supported across all regions.”

Michael C. Bush, Global CEO of Great Place To Work, added, “We globally survey 23,000 companies each year across more than 200 countries, and only 25 make this list. Dow has achieved this honor for three consecutive years. Based on the 2024 Trust Index survey results, more than 89 per cent of Dow employees say they are proud to tell others they work at Dow and are proud of the work they do every day. This reflects the trust they have in Dow’s leadership and in one another.”
