The company reported net sales of $883 million for the quarter ended June 27, 2026

Entegris delivered a stronger-than-expected second quarter, powered by rising semiconductor demand and increased customer investment in advanced technology, with the company exceeding its guidance across key financial metrics.

The company reported net sales of $883 million for the quarter ended June 27, 2026, with GAAP diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $0.61 and non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.93.

Entegris President and Chief Executive Officer Dave Reeder credited improving market conditions, stronger customer spending and operational improvements for the company’s performance.

“We delivered another strong quarter, exceeding our guidance across all key metrics as improving semiconductor demand and accelerating customer capital investments drove double-digit growth across both our unit and capex-related businesses. Our operational initiatives continued to enhance profitability and cash generation, further strengthening our financial position.

"The next phase of semiconductor investment is underway, and with market-leading positions across our portfolio, growing participation at the industry's most advanced technology nodes, and a strong innovation engine, we are uniquely positioned to translate this opportunity into sustained growth and long-term shareholder value.”

Looking ahead, Entegris expects continued momentum in the third quarter ending September 26, 2026. The company is forecasting sales between $905 million and $935 million, with GAAP net income expected between $116 million and $128 million.

The company expects GAAP diluted earnings per share of $0.75 to $0.83, while non-GAAP diluted EPS is projected between $0.96 and $1.04, representing non-GAAP net income of approximately $148 million to $160 million. Adjusted EBITDA margin is expected to be approximately 28.0% to 29.0% of sales.

Entegris continues to operate through two core segments: Materials Solutions (MS) and Advanced Purity Solutions (APS).

Materials Solutions (MS) provides advanced materials technologies, including chemical vapor and atomic layer deposition materials, chemical mechanical planarization slurries and pads, ion implantation specialty gases, formulated etch and clean materials, and other specialty solutions designed to improve semiconductor performance, accelerate yield and reduce total cost of ownership.

Advanced Purity Solutions (APS) delivers filtration, purification and contamination-control technologies that help semiconductor manufacturers improve yield, device reliability and efficiency by maintaining the purity of critical gases and liquid chemistries, while ensuring the cleanliness of wafers and other substrates used in semiconductor production and other high-tech industries.

With semiconductor investment entering a new phase, Entegris is positioning its portfolio of advanced materials and contamination-control solutions to capture growth opportunities across next-generation technology nodes.
