Godrej Agrovet has reported total income of Rs. 2,575.20 crore during the period ended September 30, 2025


Godrej Agrovet Limited, a diversified, Research & Development focused agri-business company, has reported consolidated financial results for the period ended September 30, 2025.

Godrej Agrovet has posted net profit of Rs. 92.59 crore for the period ended September 30, 2025 as against net profit of Rs. 112.30 crore for the period ended September 30, 2024. The company posted net profit of Rs. 160.52 crore for the period ended June 30, 2025.

Godrej Agrovet has reported total income of Rs. 2,575.20 crore during the period ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs. 2461.34 crore during the period ended September 30, 2024. The company reported total income of Rs. 2,626.17 crore during the period ended June 30, 2025.

For the Half Year ended September 30, 2025, Godrej Agrovet has reported total income of Rs. 5,201.37 crore as compared to Rs. 4,821.32 crore during the 6 months period ended September 30, 2024.

The company has posted net profit of Rs. 253.11 crore for the 6 months period ended September 30, 2025 as against net profit of Rs. 247.45 crore for the 6 months period ended September 30, 2024.

Commenting on the performance, Sunil Kataria, Managing Director, Godrej Agrovet Limited, said: “Godrej Agrovet delivered volume-led revenue growth across most segments, with strong margin improvements, despite softness in the Standalone Crop Protection segment. The Animal Feed business sustained its growth momentum while enhancing segment margins.

The Vegetable Oil segment reported stellar improvement in revenue and profitability, driven by higher realizations and operational efficiencies, including record Oil Extraction Ratio (OER) and increased FFB arrivals.

Astec significantly reduced losses both sequentially and year-on-year, supported by higher volumes and stronger margins in the enterprise category.

The Dairy business continued its upward trajectory, with healthy revenue growth (excluding bulk sales) and resilient margins despite higher milk procurement costs and increased investments in advertising and marketing.

Our Poultry and Processed Foods business recorded robust margin expansion, led by strong growth in the branded category and a 19% increase in Yummiez revenue, reinforcing our strategic focus on value-added products.”
