GP Petroleums reports stellar Q1 FY27 performance

PAT surges 220% YoY to Rs.20.6 crore, revenue climbs 46%


GP Petroleums Limited (GPPL), a leading manufacturer and marketer of industrial and automotive lubricants, has delivered a strong start to FY27, reporting robust growth across key financial parameters for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
 
The company’s performance was powered by improved operating margins, a favourable product mix and continued focus on operational efficiencies. The strong quarterly results highlight GPPL’s disciplined execution strategy and its commitment to sustainable, profitable growth.
 
Revenue from Operations surged 46% year-on-year to Rs.230.3 crore, compared with Rs.158.2 crore in Q1 FY26. EBITDA nearly tripled to Rs.29.2 crore from Rs.10.0 crore, with EBITDA margin expanding sharply to 12.7% from 6.4% in the same quarter last year.
 
Profit After Tax (PAT) jumped 220% YoY to Rs.20.6 crore, compared with Rs.6.4 crore in Q1 FY26. On a sequential basis, revenue increased from Rs.162.7 crore in Q4 FY26 to Rs.230.3 crore, while EBITDA (before exceptional items) improved from Rs.14.7 crore to Rs.29.2 crore. PAT also rose from Rs.9.3 crore to Rs.20.6 crore.
 
The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of Re.0.50 per equity share of Rs.5 each (10%) for FY26.
