The Board of Directors of India Glycols Limited has constituted a Committee of Directors in order to examine company’s current position and business strategy in relation to each of the business segments in which it operates and to explore and evaluate various options (including pursuant to restructuring the company’s businesses) to remain competitive, to unlock stakeholders value and provide focussed management approach. The decision was taken due to the changing business environment and emerging opportunities.
The Committee was also authorised to appoint and/or take assistance of such other person(s) from within the company and/or outside, including the services of experts and consultants as it may require. Upon completion of evaluation of options, the Committee will submit its recommendations to the Board for consideration.
India Glycols Limited operates in various business segments such as Bio-based Specialties and Performance Chemicals (Bio-Glycols, Speciality chemicals, EO, Bio-Fuels, Bio-Polymers, Power Alcohol etc.), Potable Spirits, Ennature Bio- Pharma.
