The Flooring Division will join Avery Dennison’s Materials Group, gaining access to its global scale, advanced R&D
Meridian has signed a definitive agreement to divest its Flooring Adhesives Division—including the trusted Taylor Adhesives, Polycom, and Frontier Products brands—to Avery Dennison, a global leader in materials science and digital identification solutions.
Following the close of the transaction, the Flooring Division will join Avery Dennison’s Materials Group, gaining access to its global scale, advanced R&D, and expanded market reach. This move positions the flooring brands for accelerated innovation, stronger customer support, and long-term growth.

The transaction underscores Meridian’s strategic shift to concentrate on its remaining high-growth businesses, while Avery Dennison enhances its leadership in materials science by expanding into high-value flooring solutions.
