DCM Shriram expands Anhydrous Aluminum Chloride capacity
DCM Shriram Ltd. has informed about the expansion of Anhydrous Aluminum Chloride capacity from 60 KPD to 150 KPD (including 15 TPD debottlenecking in existing units) at Bharuch (Gujarat) Plant. The company has already commissioned Anhydrous Aluminum Chloride capacity.
Laxmi Organic Industries pays Rs. 2.6 Cr to Welspun
As per letter dated October 3, 2022 and January 19, 2023, regarding entry into a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) for purchase of land, civil structures, situated at Dahej unit of Welspun Corp Limited in the state of Gujarat, Laxmi Organic Industries Limited has paid Rs. 2.6 crore to Welspun Corp Limited towards full and final consideration on completion of the transaction contemplated in the MoA.
Adventz Trading DMCC is now a subsidiary of Zuari Agro Chemicals
The Board of Directors of Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited at its meeting held on 31st March, 2023 has approved Adventz Trading DMCC (DMCC), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The Board has approved: Liquidation and winding up of DMCC; Impairment of the company's investment in the shares of DMCC; and writing off ICDs to DMCC. This is subject to the approval of Reserve Bank of India and other Regulatory Authorities. Adventz Trading DMCC is not a material subsidiary of the company.
Pasupati Acrylon gets term loan of Rs. 108 Cr for Ethanol plant
Pasupati Acrylon Limited has informed that Indian Bank has principally sanctioned fresh term loan of Rs. 108 crores for setting up of 150 KLPD Grain Based Ethanol Plant, however, the loan documents will be executed subject to acceptance of sanction letter. The remaining project cost i.e. approximately Rs. 60 crores will be met by the company’s internal accruals.
EIL bags order worth Rs. 48.82 Cr
Engineers India Limited (EIL) has secured job orders worth Rs. 48.82 crores for various assignments. The company has bagged six orders - PMC Services for Third Jetty at Dahej LNG Terminal for Petronet LNG; Detail Engineering Work of CDU-1 Revamp for Nayara Energy; Study of Revamp options for design and detail Engineering of DHDS Charge Heater Efficiency for BPCL Kochi; Energy Optimization Study for BPCL Kochi and BPCL Bina Refinery; and Capacity Assessment of Natural Gas Pipeline Network under PNGRB Regulations 2010 for four numbers pipeline network.
Major maintenance activities completed by Paradeep Phosphates Limited
Paradeep Phosphates Limited (PPL) has completed major maintenance activities and remaining activities are expected to be over by 10th April, 2023. On 1st March 2023, the company informed about the shutdown of the company's six granulation trains of phosphatic fertilizers in a phased manner to carry out the regular annual shutdown maintenance activities and which was expected to complete the same by end of March 2023.
Advanced Enzyme Technologies purchases Saiganesh Enzytech Solutions
The Board of Directors of Saiganesh Enzytech Solutions Private Limited, a 50% subsidiary of Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited at its meeting held on March 31, 2023 has approved purchase of entire business undertaking of Shri Ganesh Industrial Enzymes, a partnership firm based in Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh, through a slump sale on a going concern basis for an amount not exceeding Rs. 90 lakh and granted authority to enter into the Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) and other requisite agreement.
