The companies aim to accelerate R&D speed, shorten lead times from prototyping to market launch
Nippon Chemical Industrial and TDK signed a basic agreement to begin discussions on a joint venture (JV) for material development.
The objective is to explore the establishment of a joint venture for the development of electronic component materials, specifically ceramic materials for multilayer ceramic chip capacitors (MLCCs), and associated manufacturing processes.
By combining their respective technological capabilities and expertise, the companies aim to accelerate R&D speed, shorten lead times from prototyping to market launch, and quickly respond to customer needs.
