Omya Performance Polymer Distribution has expanded its long-standing partnership with EMS-GRIVORY into the United Kingdom and Ireland, strengthening its European footprint for high-performance polyamide solutions.

 

Effective July, the agreement gives Omya Performance Polymer Distribution a mutually exclusive mandate to distribute EMS-GRIVORY's portfolio of specialized high-performance polyamides across the UK and Ireland.

 

The expansion builds on the companies' established collaboration in Italy, France, and Central and Eastern Europe, including the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria.

 

Under the expanded agreement, Omya Performance Polymer Distribution will supply EMS-GRIVORY's portfolio of specialized high-performance and specialty polyamide products, including the Grivory, Grilamid, Grilon, Grinova and GreenLine brands.

 

The materials are used in demanding applications across the automotive, electrical and electronics, industrial and consumer sectors, particularly for metal replacement, lightweighting and functional integration.

 

The move also strengthens Omya's technical and commercial capabilities in the UK and Ireland through Distrupol, its regional performance polymer distribution business, providing customers with local sales, technical support and application development expertise.
