Thermax Limited and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) have officially entered into a strategic partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed at India Energy Week 2026 in Goa.
This collaboration combines Thermax’s engineering expertise with HPCL’s advanced R&D and operational scale to accelerate India's transition to a low-carbon economy.
Commenting on the partnership, Ashish Bhandari, MD & CEO, Thermax Limited said, "India's energy transition will be driven by strong partnerships, and this collaboration between Thermax and HPCL reflects that belief.
