Our vision is to build a trusted O&M platform known for operational excellence, safety, and long-term value creation

What proportion of revenue do you expect Industrial Services business to contribute over the next three to five years?

We are seeing a shift in customer expectations, from manpower-focused contracts to partnerships that improve reliability, safety, productivity, and asset performance. As India's manufacturing ecosystem expands, industrial services will play an increasingly important role in enabling operational excellence and long-term competitiveness.

Which chemical product categories are witnessing the strongest demand?

Demand remains strong across specialty chemicals, performance chemicals, pharmaceutical ingredients, agrochemical products, and advanced materials. We are also seeing growing opportunities linked to energy transition, electronics manufacturing, and high-value industrial applications. The industry is increasingly moving beyond product specifications to prioritize consistency, reliability, technical expertise, and sustainable manufacturing. This shift is creating strong opportunities for companies that can deliver differentiated solutions and long-term value.

What has driven growth of the O&M business and how large can it become?

The growth of our O&M business has been driven by a consulting-led approach focused on improving reliability, uptime, safety, and operational performance. We believe O&M is not about manpower deployment; it is about creating measurable value through stable and efficient operations. With significant investments underway across chemicals, petrochemicals, energy, renewables, and advanced manufacturing, the sector offers substantial growth potential.

We expect the business to grow at 8–10 per cent CAGR, supported by increasing demand for reliability-driven, technology-enabled, and performance-focused O&M solutions. Our vision is to build a trusted O&M platform known for operational excellence, safety, and long-term value creation.

How does Sigachi's consulting-based approach differentiate it from other O&M providers?

Our approach is built on the belief that O&M should create value, not just provide manpower. We work closely with clients to improve plant reliability, enhance asset utilization, optimize processes, strengthen safety performance, and improve operational stability. Rather than reacting to issues, we focus on identifying root causes, preventing failures, and driving continuous improvement. This consulting-led mindset helps clients achieve measurable outcomes in productivity, uptime, efficiency, and long-term asset performance, making us a strategic partner rather than a service provider.

How are you managing talent availability and skill development?

People remain the foundation of successful O&M operations. Our focus is on building a strong pipeline of skilled professionals through structured recruitment, continuous training, competency development, and leadership grooming programs. We also leverage the expertise of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and experienced industry professionals to strengthen technical capabilities across projects. As industrial operations become more complex and technology-driven, developing multi-skilled, safety-conscious, and performance-oriented teams will remain a strategic priority for us.

How is Sigachi leveraging predictive maintenance and digital tools?

The future of O&M will be increasingly data-driven and we are actively aligning ourselves with this transformation. We are integrating predictive maintenance practices, digital monitoring tools, and data analytics to improve equipment reliability, optimize maintenance planning, and reduce unplanned downtime.

Our objective is to move from reactive maintenance to predictive and performance-driven operations. By combining digital insights with operational expertise, we help clients improve asset availability, enhance efficiency, and make better-informed operational decisions. We see digitalization as a key enabler of the next generation of industrial operations.

Which sectors offer the most attractive growth opportunities?

We see strong opportunities acrossprojects, solar manufacturing, and industrial infrastructure. These sectors are witnessing significant investments and require specialized operations and maintenance expertise, creating a favourable demand environment.

How does Sigachi's geographical footprint provide a competitive advantage?

Our presence across key industrial corridors and manufacturing hubs enables us to mobilize resources quickly, respond effectively to client requirements, and support operations across diverse industrial sectors. More importantly, our geographic reach allows us to replicate best practices, leverage cross-industry expertise, and deliver consistent operational standards across multiple locations. This strengthens customer confidence and positions us well for large-scale, multi-site O&M opportunities as industries continue to expand their manufacturing footprint.

How is Sigachi positioning itself to benefit from upcoming industrial projects?

India is entering a significant phase of industrial expansion, particularly across chemicals, pharmaceuticals, energy, renewables, and advanced manufacturing. We are positioning ourselves by strengthening our technical capabilities and expanding our sector expertise.

Our focus is on supporting both greenfield and brownfield projects, helping clients not only operate assets efficiently but also improve reliability, safety, and long-term performance. As industries increasingly seek value-driven operating partners, we see substantial opportunities to contribute to the next phase of industrial growth.

What opportunities do you see in solar and photovoltaic sector?

The solar and photovoltaic sector represents a significant long-term opportunity as countries accelerate their energy transition and invest in domestic manufacturing capabilities. Beyond renewable energy generation, we see growing demand for specialized O&M services across solar manufacturing facilities, utilities, and advanced materials ecosystems. Our experience in industrial operations, utilities management, asset reliability, and process optimization positions us well to support this evolving sector. As the industry scales, the need for safe, reliable, and performance-driven operations will become increasingly critical, creating strong opportunities for specialized O&M partners.

What additional measures are being implemented to strengthen safety standards?

Safety remains our highest priority and a core pillar of our operating philosophy. We are continuously strengthening our safety framework through enhanced process safety management, behaviour-based safety initiatives, structured training programs, regular audits, and proactive risk assessments. Our focus is not only on compliance but on building a culture where safety is embedded into every decision and operation. By combining strong EHS leadership, workforce engagement, and technology-enabled monitoring, we aim to create safer, more reliable, and more resilient industrial workplaces across all client facilities.
