Amara Raja appoints Manvi Singh as Business HR Head – Advanced Cell Technologies

Amara Raja Group has appointed Manvi Singh as Business HR Head – Advanced Cell Technologies.  With close to two decades of HR leadership across global markets and diverse industries, Manvi brings strong expertise in organisation design, capability building, and people strategy.

Manvi’s extensive career includes a number of significant HR leadership roles across prominent multinational corporations.

Before her current position, she was the Associate Vice President – HR for the New Energy Business (AR-ACT) at Amara Raja.

Her eight-year tenure at Pidilite Industries was particularly notable. There, she spearheaded HR initiatives for the Sales & Marketing division, cultivating a robust talent pipeline and molding a high-performing field team of over 6,000 members via structured talent development programs.

Manvi has also held impactful leadership positions at Reliance Industries Limited, Baxter International Inc., Novartis, and Godrej Industries Group.
