Lele was Executive Director, Head of Sales & Customer Development for South Asia for three years
Kedar Lele is all set to join Castrol India as the new Managing Director from November 1, 2024.
Lele is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience across diverse sectors, including advertising, internet businesses, FMCG marketing, sales, and customer development.
Prior to his new role, Lele was Executive Director, Head of Sales & Customer Development for South Asia, Hindustan Unilever for three years. Before this, he was the Chairman & Managing Director of Unilever Bangladesh for three and a half years, where he focused on delivering growth and enhancing the company’s local impact.
He also held positions as Chief Operating Officer at Unilever Bangladesh and Vice President at Unilever, overseeing eCommerce and Modern Trade channels.
