dsm-firmenich names Inge Massen-Biemans as Chief Sustainability Officer

Massen-Biemans, a 25-year veteran of the company, will report directly to CEO Dimitri de Vreeze
dsm-firmenich is set to enter the next phase of its sustainability strategy with the appointment of Inge Massen-Biemans as Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO), effective November 1, 2026.
Massen-Biemans, a 25-year veteran of the company, will report directly to CEO Dimitri de Vreeze. She succeeds Katharina Stenholm, who will step down from the CSO role at the end of 2026 after three years of building and executing the company’s sustainability program.
