Rathi is a seasoned global executive with over 25 years of leadership experience spanning multi-site manufacturing operations, P&L management, business transformation, and strategic growth across international markets.

Before joining the Epsilon Carbon, Rathi built an extensive, decorated career of more than two decades primarily within the Aditya Birla Group.
