Multinational fragrance company Eurofragance has appointed Shekhar Srinivasan as Managing Director for India, effective June 8, 2026, as the company steps up its expansion in one of the world’s fastest-growing fragrance markets.

 

The appointment underscores Eurofragance’s focus on India as a key growth engine and a strategic pillar of its global expansion plans.

 

Eurofragance entered India in 2018 and has since built a local organization of more than 50 employees, serving customers across fine fragrance, home care and personal care.

 

Srinivasan brings more than two decades of global leadership experience spanning specialty chemicals, fragrance and consumer goods. He joins Eurofragance with a track record in business growth, commercial transformation and strategic development.

In his new role, Srinivasan will spearhead Eurofragance’s India operations, with a mandate to accelerate business growth, deepen customer partnerships and expand the company’s market presence. He will also oversee the next phase of the company’s India growth strategy, including the development of a new manufacturing facility in the country.

Before joining Eurofragance, Srinivasan served as Global Business Head at Godrej Industries (Chemicals), where he managed a global portfolio and drove significant revenue and profitability growth. His previous leadership experience includes roles at DSM-Firmenich, Ingevity India, Aranca and PetroTel Inc.

 

Srinivasan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering.
